Ellisa Habbart, director of The Delaware Counsel Group, is set to co-moderate the Delaware State Bar Association’s annual seminar which is taking place Thursday, June 9th from 1:00-5:15 PM. This two-part event will explore the significant corporate law decisions from the Delaware Supreme Court and the Court of Chancery in the prior year. Part two will focus in detail the proposed 2022 amendments to the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, The Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, The Delaware Limited Liability Company Act as well as an important change to the Delaware Statutory Trust Act.
