The continued endeavors of Ellisa Habbart and her colleagues with the Delaware Oral History project are highlighted in The Institute for Law & Economics’ just-released Annual Report. The Institute has been creating a website repository of oral histories of the seminal Delaware corporate cases and legislative developments since the 1967 general revision of the Delaware Corporation Law.
