Ellisa O. Habbart of The Delaware Counsel Group LLC will co-moderate the Delaware State Bar Association’s (DSBA) Corporation Law Council 2026 CLE seminar on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
Habbart will moderate the program’s second session, “Are Changes to ‘This Is How It Is Done’ Finally Here?” The discussion will explore evolving trends in fundraising, shifting negotiating leverage toward limited partners, the impact of ILPA model provisions, side letters, and practical considerations for investments in partnerships and other alternative entities.
The seminar will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. and will feature discussions on recent Delaware corporate law developments and emerging issues affecting corporate and transactional practice.
