Ellisa Habbart will chair a CLE panel entitled “Effective Drafting and Structuring in 2016: How to Avoid Problems.” on May 18, 2016

The panel is part of the annual CLE hosted by Delaware’s Corporate Council, of which Ms. Habbart is a member, is responsible to host an event each year to discuss recent developments in Delaware corporate law.
