The panel is part of the annual CLE hosted by the Council to the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association (the “Council”), of which Ms. Habbart is one of only 26 members. The Council is responsible for proposing yearly changes to Delaware’s corporate statutes. Each year, the Council hosts an event to discuss recent developments in Delaware corporate law.
