For over 12 months, Ms. Habbart, in collaboration with other prominent lawyers around the world, contributed to the new IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee Legal Due Diligence Guidelines. The new guidelines provide useful and practical guidance on advising buyers versus sellers, avoiding inappropriate information flows, managing and motivating due diligence teams, complying with international sanctions, and other due diligence topics of great interest to Corporate and M&A lawyers.
