The annual IBA meeting showcases exceptional sessions from experts in the field. Ms. Habbart is active in the IBA and is one of four speakers on the Corporate Governance panel. The session, entitled “How Soft Law Becomes Hard Law in Corporate Governance” will analyze the global trend that is attempting to legislate all aspects of Corporate Law.
